RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns 

  • No Returns  – We do not accept returns unless a factory defect is discovered upon order receipt.
  • Eligibility – Defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

Replacement Parts Provided

  • To ensure long-lasting performance, we include extra handles and cords with every purchase. These replacements can be used for any minor issues that may arise after use.

Submitting a Return Claim

  • Customers must provide photo evidence of the defect when submitting a return claim.
  • Claims can be submitted by contacting our support team at astroathletics.eg@gmail.com or through our Instagram direct messages.
  • Provide your order number in your claim

Processing Refunds

    • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to you through Instapay. 

    Return Fees

    • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
