Our beginner's package is designed to build a strong foundation in jump rope. These sessions focus on mastering the basics, improving coordination and boosting endurance in a supportive and fun environment.
DURATION: Total of 8 classes - 1 hour per session
LOCATION: Space Club, New Cairo
SCHEDULE:
- Saturdays 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm
- Tuesdays 07:30 pm to 08:30 pm
WALK-IN CLASSES: Available, pre-booking and prepayment is required per session (please note that walk-in classes have different fees)

No, our beginner class is designed for those with little to no jump rope experience.
What should I bring to the class?
Bring comfortable athletic shoes, water, and, if you have one, your own jump rope (we also provide ropes if needed).

Each beginner class lasts approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Can I join the class if I'm not in great shape?
Absolutely! Our classes are designed to cater to all fitness levels, and our coaches will provide modifications as needed.
What if I miss a class?
If you miss a class, you can join a future session or catch up on missed content through our online resources, depending on availability.
