Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
What is your delivery policy?
- Orders are shipped and delivered within 4 business days.
- Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the customer does not answer or repeatedly reschedules, the order will be automatically canceled after the third attempt.
- Customers cannot open the package upon delivery. If you need to inspect your order before accepting it, please notify us in advance. An additional 10 EGP fee will be applied for this service.
